Around the Well by Iron & Wine
You know a band is good when ever their b-sides and leftover tracks are worth the purchase. Around the Well by Iron & Wine ($14) is a double album filled with rarities, one-off singles — like the excellent cover of “Such Great Heights” — and b-sides, some decidedly low-fi, some more polished, but all just as impressive as anything Sam Beam’s ever put on a “real” album.
